We provide professional concrete services including but not limited to driveway installation, patio construction, sidewalk installation, decorative concrete work, foundation and footing installation, concrete repair and restoration, and retaining wall construction. All services are provided in accordance with industry standards and local building codes.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service availability may vary based on location, weather conditions, and scheduling.

3. Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all concrete projects. Estimates are based on site conditions at the time of inspection and may be subject to change if conditions differ at the time of work. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

All prices are subject to change without notice. We will notify you of any price changes before starting work on your project.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your contract.

5. Project Timeline

We will provide an estimated timeline for your project completion. Actual completion dates may vary due to weather conditions, site conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruptions to your schedule.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on our concrete installations. Warranty terms vary by project type and will be specified in your contract. Our warranties cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, or acts of nature.

Concrete naturally cracks over time due to settling, temperature changes, and other factors. Minor hairline cracks are considered normal and are not covered under warranty. We will discuss crack control methods during your consultation.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property, obtaining necessary permits (unless otherwise agreed), ensuring site access for our crew and equipment, and protecting personal property during the project. You must also notify us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other site conditions that may affect the work.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project at any time before work begins. Cancellations after work has started may be subject to fees for work completed and materials ordered. Cancellation terms will be outlined in your project contract.

9. Liability and Insurance

TotalForm Rialto Concrete Masters carries general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. We are not liable for damage to underground utilities, septic systems, or other hidden site conditions not disclosed prior to work. We are not responsible for damage caused by customer negligence or failure to follow post-installation care instructions.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage open communication to resolve issues quickly and fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in San Bernardino County, California, in accordance with California law.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
